On July 2010 Rosbank launched new product for individuals that includes bundled services: payments and current accounts, remote services and special offers from bank’s partners.
New customer-oriented approach meets all the client’s requirements and needs. There are three types of products depending on the monthly average balance sums: “Standard” (budget-priced with minimum list of services), “Comfort” (includes extended list of services with optimum price) and “Elite” (consists of maximum list of services and privileges).
First Deputy Chairman of Rosbank Igor Antonov underlined, that new product is targeted to increase the level of customer service. “New technology will allow us to establish the long-term relations with clients. I’m sure that both Rosbank’s savers and borrowers will appreciate the advantages of this product”.
