#MozhnoVSE is the laureate of Loyalty Awards Russia

The summing up of the results of Loyalty Awards Russia was held on the VIth annual forum “ICXC Loyalty Marketing, Cobranding & Employee Engagement Summit 2019”. Rosbank project #MozhnoVSE has become a winner in the category “The Best Card with Cashback”. Financial Technology Center acted as a technological partner of the project and provided with the realization of the key functionality and the IT-support of the product.

#MozhnoVSE program was launched in November 2018 and combined two of the most popular types of reward: travel bonuses and cashback. Rosbank customers choose the type of the reward themselves while enabling a #MozhnoVSE option.

The customers who chose cashback can define the categories with extra reward up to 10% from the purchase. Extra cashback is available in the categories: “For car owners”, “Beauty”, “Health”, ”For children”, “Taxi and public transport”, “Pharmacies”, “Cafes and restaurants”, “Household goods”, “For gamers”, etc. 1% cashback is given for all the other purchases.

The customers who want to save bonuses for trips will get from 1 to 5 points (it depends on the turnover) for every 100 rubles spent and they can pay for a trip with them both partially and fully.

You can do it online either via Rosbank Online mobile app or via a web interface on “Rosbank – OneTwoTrip” portal.

#MozhnoVSE program quickly gained popularity with the customers and demonstrated its efficiency: average monthly turnovers on the customers’ cards with enabled #MozhnoVSE option is 30% higher than on the cards without the product.
