New appointments in the top-management of Rosbank

Maria Ruseva was appointed First Deputy CEO of Rosbank. Maria will change Andre-Marc Prudent on this position. She will be responsible for finance, risks, legal issues, claims, constant control, AML, compliance and sourcing.
After 39 years of work in Societe Generale, including 3 years in Russia, Andre-Marc Prudent, First Deputy CEO of Rosbank, made a decision to retire on August 30, 2019.
The Board of Directors of Rosbank initiated the process of the appointment of Alexey Lola as Member of the Management Board of Rosbank who will be responsible for the development of retail business of Rosbank Group. This appointment will come into power after the approval by the Bank of Russia. Alexey will replace Arnaud Denis, First Deputy CEO of Rosbank, who made a decision to continue his career outside the Group.
Maxim Lukyanovich, Director of Small Business Department and Network and Sales Development Department of Rosbank, will be appointed as Deputy of Alexey Lola.

Maria Ruseva has a degree of Economics of Leipzig University. From July 2015 to July 2019, Maria held a post of CEO of Societe Generale Serbia. Before moving to Serbia, Maria worked in Societe Generale Expressbank Bulgaria for 10 years. Maria began her career in Expressbank as Head of CIB, in 2010 she entered the Management Board of the bank. Being Deputy CEO and apart from the performance of duties of Head of Corporate and Markets, Maria was responsible for a number of strategic initiatives like transformation (alignment, optimization and automation) of back-office, creation of joint enterprise “ALD-Expressbank”.
Alexey Lola has a degree in Complex Security of Informational Support Objects of Kuban State Technological University. Alexey worked in Kuban Credit bank, and then continued his studies after becoming a scholarship holder of Fulbright program. He entered in Carnegie-Mellon University (Pittsburg, USA) where he got a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management. After graduating the university, Alexey moved to New-York where he worked as IT Security Consultant in PwC. In 2014 he returned to Russia and joined the team of DeltaCredit Bank occupying the position of Head of IT Security Unit. From August 2015 he managed Marketing Division of DeltaCredit. In April 2017 he moved to Rosbank and headed Retail Digital Solutions Center. In January 2019 Alexey became Director of Digital Retail Business Department where Retail Digital Solutions Center and Call Center were merged.
Maxim Lukyanovich has a degree in Banking of Belorussian State Economic University. He began his career in banking in 1998 in Belorussian Stock Bank. From 2001 he worked in Priorbank (Belarus), a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Group (Austria) where he worked his way from Senior Economist in International Department to Director of Small and Middle Business Department. From 2012, he held managing positions in Raiffeisenbank (Russia). From October 2013, he worked in MDM Bank as Vice-President – Head of CIB and was responsible for small and middle business. In August 2015, he was appointed Director of Small Business Department in the Bank of Moscow, from May 2016 – Head for Small Business in VTB. In April 2017 he began to work in Rosbank as Director of Small Business Department. In June 2019, in addition to his current duties Maxim headed Network and Sales Development Department of Retail Domain.
