    24 April

Moscow Credit Bank (MCB) applied for a syndicated loan with a volume up to 350 million dollars where Rosbank acted as a leading organizer. The loan agreement was signed on 16 April, the bank is going to transfer these funds on the financing of the operations of its clients.

“In such difficult times for a global economy in general and financial sector in particular, a successful attraction of a syndicate is an evidence of a stable business reputation as well as a high level of trust to MCB among international partners”, Vladimir Chubar, CEO of MCB.

“Moscow Credit Bank has been a partner of PJSC ROSBANK since 2000 and this syndicated loan deal is the 8th for MCB where Rosbank took part. Business with MCB is developing successfully both on the local market (bond placement, second-hand securities trade, trade finance deals) and on the global one – SG acts as MLA in the placement of MCB eurobonds since 2014 and it has already placed 6 issues. The last successful placement was held in January 2020”, Perizat Shaikhina, First Deputy CEO of Rosbank.
