"Corporate social responsibility is one of the priorities in the strategy of Rosbank and Societe Generale Group, so it is so important for us to implement projects such as "START DIFFERENTLY". During the two years of the program, we have seen the entire scope of inclusive social businesses represented in Russia. These projects are well aware of local problems and ways to solve them, and help to achieve qualitative changes in the lives of people with disabilities. Rosbank sees the program's mission as helping social entrepreneurs make their activities more financially sustainable and scalable. This year, we are increasing the number of participants in the program and introducing an additional educational module for IT projects, responding to the needs of the time and hoping to further expand the opportunities of projects in the field of inclusion," Ilya Polyakov, CEO of Rosbank.

"Our mission is to inspire, guide and support social entrepreneurs who make a positive contribution to society. But the stability of such a contribution is possible only if there is a working financial model. This is the task that the "START DIFFERENTLY" program, which we are conducting together with Rosbank for the third time, helps to solve. This year, we have adapted the training course to take into account the crisis situation in the economy and hope that the new proposed formats, tools and methodologies will help organizations working with people with disabilities better adapt to the new conditions," Ekaterina Khaletskaya, Co-Founder and Director of Impact Hub Moscow.

During the existence of the "START DIFFERENTLY" program, the organizers received 306 applications from more than 70 regions of Russia. Since 2018, 24 social enterprises and NPOs have taken part in the acceleration program, which employ people with disabilities, create goods and services for them, as well as opportunities for socialization. 17 of them reached self-sufficiency during their participation in the program.
