Rosbank Call Centre got two awards of “Crystal Headset 2018/2019”

Rosbank Call Centre has become a winner of a prestigious international award “Crystal Headset” once again. This year, the team of Rosbank Call Centre won the prize in two nominations, namely won in the nomination “The Best Sales and Telemarketing Team” and got a high jury appraisal in the nomination “The Best Quality Control and Assessment Team”.

Overall, more than 300 teams from Russia and CIS featured in 37 nominations.

“A call center is a communication tool the bank uses to communicate with its customers. That is why it is so important to maintain the communication quality on the highest level. It is not the first time when Rosbank Call Centre wins prestigious awards and this fact confirms our professional level and a high level of service”, Alexey Lola, Director of Digital Retail Business Department.

An international program of nominating the best call centers “Crystal Headset” were founded by Call Center Guru professional community in 2005.

The winners of this year were determined by an expert committee, that consisted of the heads and leading managers of call centers of Russian and international companies. The jury determined the winners after the defense of the essays submitted for the competition, taking into account the results of test visits to the offices of participants.
