Rosbank Group increased its Retail Loan Portfolio by 12% in 2019

In the retail business, we continue to strengthen our position in collateralized lending. In the future car loans and mortgages will continue to be the drivers of further development of ROSBANK group's retail business. We are successfully moving towards the goal of digitalizing the retail business by investing in the development of digital services. More than one million customers are already active users of our mobile app and online banking. Currently, more than 25% of all cash loans are issued and more than 60% of mortgage applications are received via remote channels.

In 2019 the production volume of retail loans of Rosbank group increased by 12% compared to 2018. The cancellation of POS business negatively affected the loan portfolio growth.  The production volume without POS business increased by 14%.

The main drivers of loan portfolio growth were car loans and mortgages, increased by 19% and 14% respectively.

The Group keeps the 5th place among all Russian banks in retail loan portfolio volume and keeps its market leader position in the segment of car loans production with a share of 13.7%.

In 2019, the small business segment (PRO) increased its active customer base by 12%, which, coupled with an efficient transactional business model, led to an increase in net banking income by 27%.

ROSBANK continues to introduce new retail products and develop service channels to provide customers with modern and convenient solutions.

ROSBANK's Premium banking services package was awarded in the "Most dynamically developing premium program" categories, and also it was included in the TOP 5 best premium service programs in the annual rating of banks in the premium service segment of the Frank Premium Banking Award 2019.

In 2019, the ROSBANK Online mobile app took the 5th place among mobile bank apps for daily transactions on IOS and the 7th place among Android apps in the rating compiled by the consulting Agency Markswebb.

In July, ROSBANK offered customers a credit card #120podNOL with a grace period of up to 120 days. Thus, it is possible to make any purchases via the credit card and do not pay interest to the Bank for almost four months.

In 2019, for the convenience of customers, Rosbank offered two services in Internet Bank and ROSBANK Online mobile application: online loan refinancing and digital cards - debit personalized cards without a physical carrier that you can issue yourself in a few seconds.

In the end of 2019 the online credit refinancing service was launched in the online banking and mobile application ROSBANK Online for the convenience of customers.

In 2019 Rusfinance Bank continued to improve the convenience of remote services allowing to process car loans. As a result, the conversion rate of loan applications to loans issued increased from 35% at the beginning to 65% by the end of the year. We have implemented an online car loan solution for new Russian cars and used cars.

ROSBANK group continues to develop the mortgage lending ecosystem, constantly offering customers new opportunities and online services.

In 2019 Russia's first mortgage chat-bot was launched. The service allows borrowers to take advantage of all the advantages of getting mortgage approval online in social networks Vkontakte and Facebook. By the end of 2019, more than 77% of clients who have received preliminary approval via a chatbot are moving to the transaction processing stage.

API service has been launched to expand the opportunities for partner interaction. The service integrates the Bank's resources with CRM systems and partners’ remote channels for rapid exchange of client data. Using the new API integration service, Bank’s partners can get a preliminary decision on the possibility of applying for a loan online, upload documents, and track the current status of mortgage applications.
