Rosbank launched remote onboarding of payroll clients

Rosbank expanded the functionality of the bank's Internet client for large and medium-sized businesses: now companies that have connected cash and settlement service can register a payroll project remotely.

To apply for a payroll project, you need to fill out a short questionnaire indicating the number of employees and the average salary level, and choose one of the options for automatically generated offers. After that, the client receives a ready-made / package offer with a description of the terms of service. Documents can also be signed remotely using an electronic signature.

For clients who won’t agree upon automatically generated offers for payroll projects, an individual selection of service conditions is provided. In this case, information about the client will be sent to the payroll client service manager to discuss the company's needs.

All operations that were previously performed by a bank employee, creating a special request to agree on the terms of service, signing the necessary documents with the client, sending them for registration, are now performed automatically. Since information support is always of particular importance for clients, after passing each stage of remote onboarding, the bank sends notifications about the execution status to the person responsible for the client.

Now the service is available both for users authorized in the Internet client bank, and for new clients who do not have a login and password to log in to the ICB.
