Rosbank offices working schedule during non-working days

We would like to draw your attention to the changes in the business hours of Rosbank offices in regards to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation establishing non-working days during the period from March 30th to April 3rd, 2020:

  • From March 30th 2020 to April 3rd 2020 – clients will be served in the offices on duty in the reduced working day mode from 10:00 to 16:00 local time;
  • From April 6th 2020 - standard business hours;
  • «Rosbank Dom» offices - standard business hours.

Granting / repayment of loans

Procedure for repayment of loans for retail lending products including for loans to borrowers of the “Rosbank Dom” branch:

  • in the period from March 30th 2020 to April 3rd 2020, if there are sufficient funds on the account to carry out the payment, the bank will repay the debt under the loan agreement from the account in accordance with the payment date established in the agreement;

Issuance of tranches and early repayment (if necessary) for small business loans will be carried out as standard.

In the period from March 30th 2020 to April 3rd 2020 payment documents acceptance of payments in Russian and foreign currency and receiving external payments will be carried out in standard mode.

In Rosbank ATMs you can:

  • withdraw cash from your account,
  • make monthly payments for loans (in Rosbank ATMs with cash-in function). To repay the loan via ATM, funds must be deposited to your debit card, which is linked to the repayment account. The write-off will occur automatically on the set date,
  • deposit funds to Rosbank credit card. Use the "Deposit money" service in the Rosbank ATM, funds are credited online.

To repay loans from Rusfinance Bank and «Rosbank Dom», use the service "Repayment of loans" in Rosbank ATMs.
