Rosbank organized a round table discussion for the experts in Collection

A regular round table discussion was held in Rosbank Head Office, the topic was a remote interaction with customers. The round table discussion was organized by Rosbank Recovery Department. The representatives of debt recovery services of Rosbank, large retail banks and leading debt collection agencies took part in the event.

This event is a continuation of the series of conferences that Rosbank is hosting by attracting the representatives of Russian collection community. Earlier, legal aspects of debt recovery processes, automation and technologies were tackled on the same round table discussions.

The first part of the conference was dedicated to the speakers’ performances that touched upon the subject of a remote interaction with customers, machine learning, the use of robots for the process automation and they also discussed the latest trends on the Collection market.

After the break, the participants gathered on the panel discussions where they spoke about current topics in the work of call centers and the most essential things in the legal part of the work with loan debt.

The conference was remarkable thanks to the interesting performances, open communication and technological business solutions for the professional Collection community.
