Rosbank plans to place a record-breaking bond issue on the Moscow Exchange

Rosbank plans to place a RUB 20.0 bn bond issue series БО-002P-09 on the Moscow Exchange. It became a record volume for Rosbank. Bookbuilding took place on July 5.

The issuance tenor is 2 years (732 days) the coupon period is 183 days. The placement price is 100% of the nominal value.

On book opening date the indicative coupon guidance was set at 7.70-7.80% p.a. (YTM 7.85-7.95% p.a.). During the bookbuilding, due to high oversubscription the indicative coupon guidance was decreased several times to the final level of 7.60% p.a. (YTM 7.74%p.a., 94 bp to G-curve), the issuance volume was increased to RUB 20.0 bn.

"We plan to settle a record-breaking bond issue for the bank in terms of volume, which also has a historical minimal level of a spread to the G-curve for us. The issuance has been arranged with significant investors’ oversubscription, which indicates the high confidence and interest of the market to Rosbank's bonds. The book was formed by 42 orders from different investor types, and the total demand reached  RUB 32.0 bn", commented Tatyana Ambrozhevich, Senior Vice President, Head of Debt Capital Markets Office of Rosbank.

The bonds settlement will take place on July 13, 2021 on the Moscow Exchange.
