Societe Generale Group and Rosbank took part in providing of $ 850 million syndicated loan for PJSC “Uralkali”

Societe Generale Group and Rosbank acted as coordinating authorized leading organizers and bookrunners in the pre-export financing transaction of PJSC “Uralkali”, the leading vertically integrated world potassium producer. Rosbank also acted as a passport bank. The total amount of the transaction is $ 850 million, the loan term is 5 years. The company will direct attracted funds to debt obligations refinancing and financing its current activities.

Since early 2017, Rosbank has participated in 6 syndicated loans with total amount of provided financing of $ 6.7 billion.
