Working hours of Rosbank offices on July 1

We would like to draw your attention on the changes in working hours of Rosbank offices due to the voting on the amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Taking into account the status of a systemically important bank and an international socially responsible company, Rosbank continues to serve clients with all the precautionary measures for the best interest of clients and employees in the following way:
June 30 – working day, without 1-hour reduction;
July 1 – non-working day;
From July 2 – a standard working hours of offices.
Procedure for applying for restructuring/credit holidays on loans:

Repayment / provision of loans:
On July 1, 2020, the bank will repay the debt on the loan agreement from the account in accordance with the payment date set in the agreement.

Disbursements of tranches and early repayment (if necessary) of small business loans will not be conducted on July 1, from July 2 it will be made in a standard mode.
Payments will not be accepted and credited to clients’ accounts on July 1, 2020 in Russian rubles or in a foreign currency. From July 2 – a standard schedule.
Terms of execution of operations on deposits and savings accounts, including accrual of interest, do not change.

- withdraw funds from your account;
- make monthly payments of loans (at Rosbank ATMs with the cash-in function). To repay a loan via ATM, funds must be deposited to your debit card that the repayment account is linked to. Debiting will occur automatically on the set date;
- deposit funds to the credit card of Rosbank. Use the service "Depositing cash" in the ATM of Rosbank, the transfer of funds takes place online.
To repay loans of Rusfinance Bank and Rosbank Dom, use the "Loan Repayment" service at Rosbank ATMs.
