Bernardo Sanchez Incera

He graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, received an MBA from the INSEAD Business School.
From 1984 to 1992, Bernardo Sanchez Incera worked as the Corporate Customer Relations Manager and Deputy Head of the branch for corporate customers of Crédit Lyonnais, La Défense. In the period from 1992 to 1994, he served as the member of the Board of Directors of Crédit Lyonnais in Belgium. In 1994-1996, Mr. Incera was the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Banca Jover Spain, and then in 1996 he headed Zara France. From 1999 to 2001, he supervised international operations at Inditex. From 2001 to 2003, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of LVMH Mode & Maroquinerie Europe, LVMH Fashion Group France, and in 2003-2004 he headed Monoprix France. In November 2009, Bernardo Sanchez Incera joined Societe Generale Group as the Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board, and starting from January 2010 he became the Deputy Chairman of the Group's Management Board and oversees retail and specialized financial services outside of France. Mr. Incera is responsible for further development of these areas of business, including through the synergy of sales engineering and IT between different production platforms. In June 2010, Bernardo Sanchez Incera was elected to the Board of Directors of Rosbank.
