Cooperation agreement signedby Rosbank and Republic of Tatarstan
During the working meeting of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Rosbank CEO Dmitry Olyunin, a cooperation agreement was signed in the Government building of Tatarstan in Kazan.
As it was noted at the meeting, the Government of Tatarstan and Rosbank intended consistently to implement the arrangements fixed in the Agreement. Efforts of the parties will be directed to the implementation of priority regional and municipal programs and projects that will ensure the formation of a favorable investment climate in the Republic, increase the competitiveness and investment attractiveness of its enterprises and improve the level of population welfare.
Dmitry Olyunin noted that international financial group Societe Generale was represented in Tatarstan by the universal bank Rosbank and its subsidiary specialized banks DeltaCredit and Rusfinance Bank, which provide mortgage and car loans respectively. The head of Rosbank said that the AAA (RU) credit rating on the national scale, assigned by the ACRA , indicated the highest level of banking group’s reliability.
“The signed agreement included cooperation on a number of issues: from supporting the innovative development of the Tatarstan industrial complex to comprehensive servicing of small and medium-sized enterprises and the implementation of joint activities for supporting citizens in purchasing housing and transport", - Rosbank CEO noted .
"As of mid-2017 the total corporate loan and the group guarantee portfolio in Tatarstan has exceeded 6.2 bln RUB, the retail loan portfolio has reached 11 bln RUB, and the amount of issued retail loans for 7 months has reached 5.3 bln RUB. We notice expansion of the customer base - individuals and small enterprises. Their number in Rosbank has grown by 20% in 2017. We are sure that the positive trend will continue, keeping in mind our high reliability and our products competitiveness," Dmitry Olyunin concluded.
