Konstantin Artioukh participated in the ‘Diving into business’ project
Rosbank Deputy CEO Konstantin Artioukh spent a day as an employee at the Claims Center within the ‘Diving into business’ project.
Mr. Artioukh got through the introductory briefing on the main activities of the Center, took part in the monitoring and review of clients' applications placed on the Banki.ru information portal, as well as in processing and responding to customers' claims requested by the Bank of Russia.
"It was definitely a useful experience for me that I can use effectively in the future to improve management processes in the bank, - said Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Rosbank Konstantin Artioukh. - I got a deeper understanding of the Center's work specifics and the intricacies of claims activities in general. I would also like to note the high level of motivation and involvement of employees in the working process that allows to respond quickly to the costumers' requests".
The Claims Center was created in 2014 for the centralized processing of all incoming client applications to the bank. The Center employees process about 54 thousand requests per year.
The project ‘Diving into business’was launched in Rosbank in 2015. Members of the Management Board and directors of various departments take part in the project. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of customer service, improve internal business processes and to strengthen the interaction between the bank's divisions.
