Rosbank Board of Directors has made a decision to appoint the following top managers to Rosbank Management Board⃰ :

- Michel Macagno, corporate banking director
- Maria Mosina, HR director
- Andrei Sokolsky, head of retail sales
- Denis Sotin, IT director
The efficient work of these top managers, their expertise and knowledge of the bank will allow them to become valuable members of Rosbank Management Board and contribute to further successful development of the bank in line with the new strategy. The organization and reporting lines remain unchanged.
Commenting these appointments, Rosbank CEO Dmitry Olyunin said: ‘I am glad to welcome the new members of the Management Board. Operational Director, Rosbank
Graduated from St. Petersburg State Technical University, the Faculty of Technical Cybernetics; Interdisciplinary Institute of retraining of the St. Petersburg State Engineering and Economic Academy, degree in "Banking".
Natalia started her banking career in St. Petersburg in the ‘Petrovsky’ bank, she worked at MDM Bank, SPb Banking House, where she headed the projects for the development, implementation and maintenance of banking technologies in the field of retail businesses. In 2003-2011 she headed the Corporate Business Technologies Division of the Promstroybank (now VTB North-West). Since 2008 she headed the Regional network Division of VTB Bank. In 2011 – 2013 she took the position of Vice President - Director of the Center for Corporate Development and Coordination at TransCreditBank. In December 2013 she started working for Rosbank, in July 2014 was appointed Operational Director. In September 2014 Natalia was also elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the United Settlement System. Natalia is in charge of development and maintenance of banking cards technologies, operating processes in the network, centralized operating processes, support of corporate and investment business.

Michel Macagno joined Societe Generale in 1980 as Vice President for French Corporates. He has broad experience in management of different corporate business lines as well as international work expertise. After having held various positions in structured financing within Societe Generale Group, Michel Macagno was Head of SG CIB in Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong from 2001 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009 Michel took the position of Global Head of Financial Institutions Group. In 2009-2010 he worked within SG CIB as Global Co-Head of Client Relationship Management. From September 2010 till his move to Rosbank, he was Head of Global Transaction Banking project in Societe Generale in Paris. Michel Macagno joined Rosbank in 2011 as Corporate Banking Director, he is reporting to Deputy CEO Ilya Polykov. As Corporate Banking Director Michel Macagno is in charge of Coverage of Russian and Multinational Clients (Corporates and Financial Institutions), Global Transaction Banking (“GTB”) covering Cash Management, Correspondent Banking, Factoring and Trade Finance; Leasing and Credit Analysis.
HR Director, Rosbank
Graduated from the Moscow State University, the Faculty of Sociology.
Maria started her career in KPMG, where she occupied the successive positions in HR from 1997 to 2006 and was responsible for recruitment, global mobility, performance and career development management. Maria joined Rusfinance Group in May 2006, where she raised from the position of HR Manager to Head of Human Resources. In January 2013 Maria’s role was enlarged: as a Chief Administration Officer she was responsible for the activities of HR and Administration Departments. Maria was appointed HR Director at Rosbank in May 2013. Мaria is in charge of all HR-related structural units: HR Shared Services Center (Department), Career Management and Personnel Development Department, Corporate Training Department, Compensation and Benefits Division. Among the key projects being carried out by HR team under Maria’s direction in 2015 are: the implementation of the new KPI-based incentive system; recruitment, staffing and development of personnel in accordance with the strategic priorities of Rosbank, roll-out of a new Leadership Model, increase of HR and training efficiency and quality.
Head of Retail Sales Department, Rosbank
Has a Bachelor of Law degree, and the International Executive MBA (General Management) of Stockholm School of Economics. Andrey has also completed the Advanced Management Programme of INSEAD business school (France).
In 1994-2003 Andrey Sokolsky worked in Stockmann, PHILIPS, Thomson Consumer Electronics companies in the field of sales, marketing and distribution development. In 2003 Andrey started his banking career in the Home Credit and Finance Bank. In 2004-2012 he worked in Alfa-Bank, occupying positions of vice-president, senior vice-president, deputy head of retail business block – head of consumer finance business and head of bank's strategic partnerships. Also in 2011-2012 Andrey served as the member of the Board of Directors of Sentinel Credit Management company - full cycle debt collection agency, part of Alfa Group. In 2012-2014 Andrey Sokolsky worked as a senior vice-president – head of bank's development block in MDM Bank, starting from January 2014 he served as advisor to the Chairman of the Executive Board. In December 2014 he was appointed Head of Retail Sales Development Department of Rosbank. He is in charge of retail sales development according to Rosbank’s business strategy. His main fields of responsibilities include management of the bank's retail network, increase of sales efficiency, quality of service and safety of operations in the retail network, increase of the active customer base.
In 2015 under the management of Andrei the retail sales’ team has achieved the following: the increase of new customers’ attraction, increase of credit products’ sales, stabilization of the portfolio of term deposits and the growth of the portfolio of current accounts, decrease of the cost of risk. Also, in 2015 there has been launched the new service model, new motivation system and the system of key performance indicators (KPI) of the network, increase of the quality of the operational processes of the sales’ network, increase the quality of customer service, effective restructuring of the regional network, successful transformation of the mortgage lending business to DeltaCredit bank and car leanding in car dealerships to Rusfinance bank in accordance with the strategy of Societe Generale group in Russia.
IT Director, Rosbank
Graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University, degree in "Finance and Credit".
Started his banking career
in Belinvestbank in 1995, where he occupied the position of deputy head of the cards department. In 2007 - 2010 Mr. Sotin worked as the deputy director of the banking technologies department in the "Russian Standard" bank (Moscow). From 2010 to 2013 Denis Sotin worked at TransCreditBank as a head of department of banking technologies and business architecture, head of technological direction, member of the Management Board, and then Vice President, Deputy CIO of VTB24. In September 2014 he was appointed the head the information technologies direction of Rosbank, since April 2015 – Rosbank CIO. Mr. Sotin is in charge of the development and maintenance of the bank’s IT, the formation and coordination of architectural, organizational and other operational decisions in the field of IT. Among the key projects implemented by IT team under the direction of Denis Sotin in 2015 is the development and implementation of Rosbank’s new IT strategy till 2017, reorganization of IT block, approval and launch of a number of major projects to change the IT landscape of the bank.
