ROSBANK Online strengthened its positions in the mobile apps rating
Our mobile application is ranked 6th in the rating of Russian banks mobile applications by Usabilitylab, rised by 4 positions in comparison with 2015.
ROSBANK Online is available for owners of smartphones and tablets PC on iOS and Android platform in three languages: Russian, English and French. The application allows to make online payments for services of more than 1600 companies, to convert the currency between the accounts, to make transfers in roubles on preferential tariffs. To start making transactions via the application, it is not necessary now to go to the outlet. You just need to enter Rosbank’s website, apply to Contact Center or get login for mobile application via the bank’s ATM.

In the future we will expand the number of options in our mobile application, simultaneously maintaining the high level of operations safety. Our clients will soon be provided with the opportunity to pay taxes and fines online and make autopayments. Usabilitylab rating results showed that for one year our mobile bank became more advanced in terms of clients’ servicing. The methodology of testing was based on exploring the usability for users of the applications examined. Each bank’s application was tested by 4 parameters by 8 people who were not the clients of the tested bank. The tasks were modeling a real life situation. The respondents entered the application, checked the account balances and the history of operations, paid for mobile phone and public services and tried to find the nearest ATM. The specialists highly appreciated ROSBANK Online application especially the option to open deposit online at a higher interest rate (with extra 0.4 percentage points points).
