Rosbank representatives entered ‘Top-1000 Russian Managers’ rating
Deputy Chairman of Rosbank Management Board Jean-Philippe Aractingi and Head of Legal Support for Corporate Activities Department Leonid Goldman were included into the ‘TOP-1000 Russian Managers’ rating, which was prepared by the Russia's Managers Association (RMA) together with the Kommersant publishing house.
Jean-Philippe Aractingi was put in the list of the best financial directors among commercial banks. Leonid Goldman headed the list of directors for the corporate governance among commercial banks.
‘TOP-1000 Russian Managers’ rating is a tool for the objective assessment of the professional reputation of Russia's leading top-managers. RMA reveals the most professional managers, the leaders in their industries and areas of expertise.
This year one of the most stable positions among top-managers in terms of industry was the ‘Banks’ category.
He is a Graduate of ESCP Business School in Paris and also received a Master degree of Law from University Paris II.
Jean-Philippe Aractingi joined Société Générale in 2001 as a corporate finance associate in SG CIB. In 2005 he moved to the Group Finance Division of Société Générale. In 2008 he was appointed CFO of Rusfinance in Russia and in 2010 his responsibilities were broaden as he became Deputy CEO in charge of finance and collection. Jean-Philippe Aractingi joined Rosbank as Chief Financial Officer in February 2013. In November 2013 Rosbank Board of Directors appointed Jean-Philippe Aractingi Deputy Chairman of Rosbank Management Board, member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer.
He graduated from Belorussian National Technical University in 1986, graduated with distinction from the Law faculty of MITSO International University for Labour and Social Relations in Minsk in 1998. In 2000-2001 he became a fellow of the Faculty of Law of the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. Leonid has a Master degree in Business Law of the University of Manchester.
Leonid started his career as a lawyer in Belarus Republic. In 2004 he joined Legal Department of Rosbank. In 2011 he was appointed Head of Legal Support for Corporate Activities Department. He is an expert of the working group on development of the corporate legislation at the National Council for Corporate Governance. Mr. Goldman also is a member of the project group on corporate law and governance, taxation of financial operations within working group on creation of the International financial center in the Russian Federation. He is an author of more than 20 publications on civil law.
