Rosbank significantly increased its position in the small and medium enterprises credit rating
RAEX rating agency («Expert-RA») published the preliminary results of the research concerning Russian small and medium enterprise (SME) credit market for the first six months of 2017. Rosbank took the 18th place in TOP-30 of banks in terms of SME portfolio volume, having significantly improved its result since the last year rating (34th place). Thus, the accession rate has reached 5,4%.
Overall, 44 banks actively working with the SME took part in the research.
Rating agency experts marked that for the first six months of current year an aggregate of credits given to the small and medium enterprise amounts to 2,9 trillion rubles, with the market showing a positive dynamics for the first time over last two years. The aggregate of SME portfolio also stopped decreasing, having increased since the 1st of July 2016 till 1st of July 2017 for 4% up to 4,8 trillion rubles. The TOP-30 banks’ share on the SME credit market achieved a record of 65%.
According to the RAEX rating agency, the amount of SME portfolio volume at year-end 2017 will continue showing a positive dynamics and will be up to 5 trillion rubles, showing the growth up to 11-13%.
